Passed away peacefully at home on 30th January, aged 49 years, surrounded by his loving family.
Lee's family would love for all that can to wear Latic's colours or football shirts to his funeral. There is no need to dress for 'doom and gloom.'
The funeral will take place on Thursday, 13th February with service and committal at Oldham Crematorium at 11.30am.
The Celebration of Lee's life will continue at St Anne's Rugby Club, Higginshaw Rd, Oldham OL1 3JY after the crematorium.
